The title says it all. First candle arrived badly broken with barely any tape holding the box together. The smell was amazing but it was a gift for my parent so they sent a replacement. The replacement arrived but was an entirely different candle, different scent and badly melted and so messy due to the heat and the slow shipping method. So disappointed because I ordered over 2 weeks in advance and all of this mess has taken 2 weeks and now I'm left scrambling to replace this homemade candle in a couple days.
The scent was so incredible but I'll never order again because of this. Currently waiting for a response to make sure I get refunded
