Refund policy
At Audette's Legacy, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. Our Refund and Exchange Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for requesting refunds or exchanges.
1. Refunds
We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to request a refund. Audette’s Legacy will offer refunds under the following conditions:
1.1. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged during transit, please contact our team within 7 days of receiving your order.
We may request photographic evidence of the damage to process your request.
Once we receive and verify the issue, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method.
1.2. Incorrect Items / Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item or if your order arrives damaged or defective, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Important: Once a candle has been used or burned, it is no longer eligible for return, exchange, or replacement, including cases where an incorrect item was received.
2. Event Tickets:
All event tickets are non-refundable. However, we understand that plans can change, so we offer the following flexibility:
- Refunds are available if you cancel at least 2 weeks before the event date.
- If you cancel less than 2 weeks before the event and cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another event of equal or lesser value within 6 months of the original event date.
- If the new event costs more than what you originally paid, you’ll need to cover the difference.
- Transfers are subject to event availability, and we recommend reaching out as early as possible to secure your spot.
3. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:
- Used or burned candles
- Custom or personalized products
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Personal care or beauty items
- Hazardous or flammable materials
- Sale items and gift cards
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out before using the product.
4. Exchanges:
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
5. Refund Processing Time:
Once we have received your returned item and verified its eligibility, please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

6. International Funds Transfer:
Audette's Legacy welcomes international orders and accepts payments through various methods, including credit cards, ACH transfers, and other secure gateways.
6.1. Processing Time:
- Orders will begin processing only after full payment has been transferred and verified. Processing time may vary based on the payment method.
6.2. Order Fulfillment:
- Fulfillment will begin once payment is confirmed. We will notify you when your order is shipped, along with tracking information.
